Orli is the Founder and Principal of Mill River Architecture, a full-service architecture firm based in New Haven. She is licensed to practice architecture in Connecticut and New York and holds a Master of Architecture from Yale University and a B.A. in Architecture from Wellesley College.

Before starting her own practice, Orli worked at TenBerke Architects (formerly Deborah Berke Partners) in New York City, contributing to institutional, commercial, and residential projects. Prior to TenBerke, she worked at MADE Design/Build in Brooklyn, where she focused on high-end residential renovations including custom millwork and furnishings.

Orli’s vision as a designer is to positively impact communities through design - whether a renovation of a family home, interior fit-out of a neighborhood café, or reuse of a historic brick warehouse. She approaches each project with care, curiosity, and respect for its history and broader context and is driven by the belief that the design process should be engaging, collaborative, and unpretentious.
