Renovations and additions to a three-story 1910 home in New Haven’s Edgewood Historic District.

Project scope:

• Facade Refresh: New historically appropriate windows, shingles, and roof + insulation.

• Rear mudroom redesign - demolished and rebuilt.

• HVAC: Installation of new ducted heating and cooling throughout the house.

• Full basement finishing: Creating a bedroom, storage, full bath, laundry, and utility room in the basement.

• Full kitchen renovation.

• Full bathroom renovation.

The project includes permitting for operation as a sober house for women from its previous single family use.
